I love this place! A very comfortable and non intimidating environment. I am able to focus completely on my workout and feel great afterwards.

I've run into a lot of great people who are very invested in their well being and health and they enable them to reach those goals. The staff are very well versed and the owners are personable and invested in their members. Additionally: They are locally owned and you will regularly see the owner tidying up and keeping his members safe. This isn't a soulless corporation. These are real people invested in real results for their members. I say members because "customer" feels cheap because you're not buying a product or service.
